A statewide campaign to support South Australians to change their relationship with alcohol.
In partnership with Preventive Health South Australia.
What is the Drink Less. Do More. campaign about?
Drink Less. Do More. is a statewide initiative helping South Australians reduce alcohol-related harm with simple, anonymous and evidence-based support delivered by Hello Sunday Morning.
It’s a strengths based, stigma free campaign shaped for South Australian audiences.
No judgement, no labels, no pressure.
The campaign builds early awareness, encourages help-seeking and connects people to free digital tools designed for real life. It offers peer led support for anyone wanting to cut back, take a break or rethink their relationship with alcohol, at their own pace.
The message: Drink Less. Do More.
Australians connect through casual drinking language, “grab a cold one”, “crack a tinnie”. Yet what people often want most are exactly the benefits associated with reducing alcohol: connection, energy, time, clarity and control.
“Drink Less. Do More”. reframes familiar Aussie phrases to highlight what people gain when they reduce alcohol.
More energy. More clarity. More connection. More control. More time for what matters.
