Dr Nicole Lee is Founder and CEO at leading alcohol and other drug specialist consultancy, 360Edge, and Adjunct Professor at the National Drug Research Institute, Curtin University.

She is a psychologist with 32 years clinical, research and teaching experience in the alcohol and other drug and mental health sectors. Nicole is a member of the Australian National Advisory Council on Alcohol and other Drugs (ANACAD); Chair of the Clinical Governance Committee and Board Member at Hello Sunday Morning; and Board Member at the Australian drug checking service, The Loop Australia. She is also Fellow of the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy (AACBT), serving on state and national committees for 20 years, twice as National President.

Nicole has published more than 120 journal articles, guidelines, chapters and books and is a regular contributor to The Conversation and other media.

Katie has over 25 years’ international experience spanning operations, HR, consultancy, program management, and finance across multiple industries. With a track record of leading high-performing teams and implementing best practices, Katie is passionate about leading teams, driving growth, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation. She is looking forward to making a significant impact to Hello Sunday Morning’s  continued growth and mission.
